The Role of Botulinum Toxin in Decompensated Strabismus

Abstract: Our results suggest almost half of those patients requiring treatment for decompensated squint benefit from botulinum toxin, without requiring surgical intervention. This approach is less invasive and allows potential for recovery of binocular function.
