Abstract:CCT5, a molecular chaperone protein, was analyzed in 33 different tumor types by pan-cancer analysis. This study investigated various aspects such as gene expression, proteomic expression, immune infiltration, DNA methylation, genetic alterations, survival, enrichment analysis, and prognostic significance.
