Abstract: Uterine Natural Killer (uNK) cells, predominant leukocytes in mouse and human pregnant uteruses, play crucial roles in angiogenesis and pregnancy protection. In mice, DBA lectin-reactive uNK cells expressing Gal-N-Ac sugar exhibit angiogenic functions essential for pregnancy maintenance.
