The role of dipolar magnetic field of AGN in the morphology and evolution of extragalactic radio sources

Abstract: We discuss a model of formation of extragalactic radio sources when the parent optical galaxy has a large-scale dipolar magnetic field. The study of dynamics of ejected from the central part of optical galaxy clouds of relativistic particles in dipolar magnetic field gives a possibility to explain main morphological features and physical properties of formed extragalactic radio sources.
