Abstract:Importance: Seizures significantly impact outcomes after stroke, underscoring the need for accurate predictors of post-stroke epilepsy. Objective: To evaluate whether electrographic biomarkers detected early after acute ischemic stroke enhance the prediction of post-stroke epilepsy.
