Abstract: ÖZAmaç: Araştırma, hemşirelerin iş doyumların da duygusal zekânın etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmış tanımlayıcı, kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Gereç ve Yöntem:Araştırma verileri hemşirelerin tanımlayıcı özellik-lerini belirlemek için oluşturulan soru formu, Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği (Bar on EQ-i), Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır.
