The Role of Employee Work Happiness towards Innovative Work Behavior Among Lecturers in Indonesia

Abstract: Abstract:Employee work happiness have a positive effect not only on the workers themselves but also for the organization (Fisher, 2010). Estrada, Isen, & Young (1994) stated that happy workers can create a performance that can increase company productivity. In the era of global competition in the business world, innovative work behavior becomes a demand that can support the company success (Oukes, Veneendaal, & Hoffman, 2011).
