By drawing on the insights of UET, several studies reveal various characteristics of executives, such as gender (Kassinis et al, 2016), age (Lee et al, 2018), education (Manner, 2010), ethnicity (Louis & Osemeke, 2017) and political ideology (Chin et al, 2013), can impact on firms' social-environmental performance.
