The Role of Homeless Shelter Workers: A Study of Staff Serving Homeless Veterans

Abstract: This study examines how shelter workers who serve formerly homeless veterans perceive their experiences and performances related to their workplace. Previous research shows that perceived social support is strongly related to self-efficacy, work morale, and job satisfaction among workers.
