The Role of Human Resources Recruitment Strategy in Achieving Organizational Change at AL-Hussein Bin Talal University-Jordan

Abstract: This study was aimed at identifying the role of the HR recruitment strategy in achieving organizational change at AL-Hussein Bin Talal University (AHU) in Jordan. A questionnaire was distributed among the study samples, totaling (113) individuals.
