The term “Business intelligence” is described as a plan or a strategy where the operations like reporting, data analysis, data mining, event processing are performed to improve the production and growth of a business enterprise or a business entity. And on the other hand, the “Knowledge management” is explained as well-organized management of resources and information within a commercial organization it can be a business too. Almost all business will have limitations and challenges which can be also known as the business problems. One of the main business problem is demand, the business plans must work according to the demand of the consumers. Analyzing the demand would provide the solutions for queries like what is the business trend? What is the need of the users? What should be the improvement make in the production? Where is the current position of the enterprise? And who all will be the competitors? For the predictive analysis a dataset of bitcoin is taken. The major aim of the study is to implement the strategies to overcome the business problems mainly the demand prediction. And the objective is to find out the relevant issues and the remedies by using knowledge management and business intelligence to the common business problems. The dataset has columns called lowest price, highest price, open price, close price, trading volume and market capital. The research methodology used is predictive analysis using PCA and K-means clustering algorithm. By this dataset predictive plots are developed as achieved results for easy analysis by using research methodology. PCA and K-means are the algorithm used for accurate prediction. The importance of study is to predict the future sale, as it is very essential for a business enterprise to find future demand so that the organization can improve production.

Nowadays, the world of technologies is evolving. We used to do business within big companies and now, there is e-commerce. The revolution of e-commerce is only just getting started. Over the next few years, e-Commerce is predicted to be widely accessible. E-commerce would have a significant effect on the formation of a truly mass-market phenomenon. It will also have a profound impact on the way trade is done by each person and company. In addition, e-commerce is responsible for implementing digital interactive TV that will bring further e-commerce beyond the realms of PC literacy. The fact that e-commerce is a future way of business really change the landscape of business. The proliferation of e-commerce companies saw the rise of the worldwide number of online companies. Consumers are now opted for business online, which in contrast to conventional transactions is dramatically convenient. E-commerce firms have, in any case, more advantages compared to conventional brick and mortal companies, but the difficulties and problems facing e-commerce businesses cannot be missed. This study illustrated the difficulties and problems of e-commerce and a range of solutions. Trust, readiness and protection are among the problems. Proposed solutions are proposed for each of the problems and challenges. Alibaba Group for example also face this common challenges. Alibaba Group being chosen in this case study as Alibaba was exceptionally skilled in establishing credibility. Despite its revealed vulnerability in intellectual property rights, Alibaba keep on continued give efforts to create credibility and will help to facilitate the evolution of e-commerce platform. Such attempts have made Alibaba is a standard model for e-business but overall, the challenges in this study are collected among all e-commerce platform, not only Alibaba Group.

E-commerce blends more than just electronics and commerce. It is an entirely new way of doing business through a medium that modifies the very rules of doing business. Therefore, it is much more about policy and organisation management than about technology. The success of a business comes from internal and external collective action and management of contact. There are various amounts of existing e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, and more. eBay have been chosen as an e-commerce platform for a further study related to this topic. The objective of this case study is to explore the term of the opportunities and threads that also face the strength and weaknesses of eBay as one of the big e-commerce platforms. In order to explore this topic, a SWOT analysis on this platform needed. Analysing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is one of the most essential measures in managing an organisation.
