Abstract:<abstract><p>Resistance to treatment poses a major challenge for cancer therapy, and oncoviral treatment encounters the issue of viral resistance as well. In this investigation, we introduce deterministic differential equation models to explore the effect of resistance on oncolytic viral therapy.
