The Role of Infrastructure Factors in Knowledge Management Implementation

Abstract: This paper studies the role of infrastructure factors in implementing knowledge management in the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICo). We evaluate the readiness level of the company for the implementation of knowledge management processes.
