“…In 2020, a cross‐sectional study was done in China to evaluate the relationship between mental health and physical activity with quality of sleep and quality of life in the elderly, which showed a significant relationship between these variables, so that the quality of sleep in the elderly who had more physical activity and better mental health was better 34 .
