CSOs were asked to describe the goal they wanted their TSO to achieve, and to 132 generate brief messages to their TSO for three behavior change scenarios: (1) to help them 133 achieve the goal, (2) in the event that the TSO is struggling to meet the goal, and (3) in the event 134 that the TSO has given up on meeting the goal altogether.…”
