Abstract: Introduction Inflammatory arthritis (IA) significantly impacts people's ability to continue in work roles, despite advances in medical management. Employment is acknowledged as important for health and wellbeing. Facilitating work participation and employment reduces social welfare dependence for income, minimising societal cost.
