The role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of members of the National Police at the Kendari Police. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation.
