“…Our 86% tissue adequacy by Wallach Endocell was slightly lower than previous studies, which reported 86–98% tissue adequacy from the Pipelle cannula or the Endocell . The difference might lie partly on the characteristics of women included, the operator's level of experience, and the use of sedation.…”

“…Samples from endometrial sampling were inadequate in 14.36% of patients; previous studies showed a rate of 9.4–27.3% 3,8,10,20–22 . In this group, subsequent curettage provided adequate tissue and additional pathologic reports were obtained in 18 of 29 cases.…”

“…Conventional dilatation and curettage (D&C) is an invasive inpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia. Endometrial aspiration cytology and endometrial brush cytology are used as outpatient non-invasive methods, which give adequate endometrial samples in 98 % of cases and the probability of getting an adequate sample increases when central endometrial thickness is more than 5 mm [13,14], this is why patients with endometrial thickness \4 mm were excluded from this study, also, in this study, the samples obtained by Tao Brush were adequate for histopathological examination in 98.2 %.…”
