Abstract: In this research, polyethylenimine-functionalized gold nanoclusters (PEI-AuNCs) were synthesized for the delivery of plasmid CMTM5 (pCMTM5) to prostate cancer (PCa) cells, with the objective of elucidating the mechanism underlying its anticancer efficacy.
