The Role of Psychological Capital and Coping Styles on the Psychological Well-Being of School Counselors

Abstract: Verilerin analizinde Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon tekniği ve hiyerarşik regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre okul danışmanlarının psikolojik iyi oluşları ile iyimserlik, psikolojik dayanıklılık, umut, öz yeterlik, kendine güvenli yaklaşım ve iyimser yaklaşım arasında pozitif yönde; çaresiz yaklaşım ve boyun eğici yaklaşım ile negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler belirlenmiştir.
