Abstract:Key Clinical MessageOur case report highlights pseudocyesis, a rare medical condition in a 40‐year‐old woman with comorbid major depressive disorder. Cultural influences on experiences, and the need for understanding sociocultural factors in mental health, are emphasized in low‐resource settings.
