The Role of the Prevention Advisory Committee in Michigan

Abstract: The role of a prevention advisory committee in maintaining Michigan's prevention effort is examined. Accomplishments in the areas of program development, communication, policy formulation, and advocacy are described and structural aspects contributing to the success of the committee are discussed.
