Abstract: The 2030 Agenda positioned Science, Technology and Innovation as crucial means for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This paper explores how a localised South-African policy experiment named the 'Living Catchments Project' (LC Project) contributes towards the SDGs.
