The role of vertically integrated structures in the development of the manufacturing sector of the economy

Abstract

The article studies the essence and the main reasons of vertical integration process in Russian manufacturing sector. We have noted the economic and organizational and management advantages of integrated enterprises, taking into account the international experience of large highly-integrated corporations functioning - growth drivers of economy of different countries all over the world. The article considers historical stages of integrated structures forming in Russia, methodic means of analysis and assessment of integrated economy level, model vertically integrated structures. We have considered a complex of the state support measures and stimulation of enterprises to the interaction within the framework of integrated unions.
