The Role of Work Discretion in Activating Entrepreneurial Orientation among Employees

Abstract: -The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between work discretion and entrepreneurial orientation dimensions namely innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness among employees of cement manufacturers in Johor, by applying the quantitative approach.
