Abstract: Ultrasound-accelerated thrombolysis (USAT) is an advanced interventional therapy for patients with intermediate–high-risk pulmonary embolism (PE) who deteriorated on anticoagulation or for high-risk patients for whom systemic thrombolysis is contraindicated.
