Abstract: Background Transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBLC) has emerged as a new bronchoscopic procedure which can improve specimen size and obtain crush artifact-free tissue to increase diagnostic yield in various diffuse parenchymal lung diseases (DPLDs).
