The scaffold protein IQGAP1 links heat-induced stress signals to alternative splicing regulation in gastric cancer cells

Abstract: 150 words): 17 Alternative Splicing (AS) is extensively regulated during the cell cycle and is also 18 involved in the progression of distinct cell cycle phases. Stressing agents, such as heat 19 shock, halts AS affecting mainly post-transcriptionally spliced genes.
