The shape-controlled synthesis of alloyed CdSxSe1−x nanocrystals and their applications in LEDs

Abstract: Alloy nanocrystals (NCs) provide access and control of the parameters for nanoscale engineering because their physical and optical properties depend on size, shape, and composition.
