Abstract

The skin and the renal system may be affected by the same disease processes. This chapter on skin and disorders of the kidney and urinary tract concentrates on hereditary syndromes involving both the skin and kidney, skin manifestations of renal disorders, cutaneous problems in renal transplant recipients, and skin disorders with renal involvement.
