The Social and Transfer Massive Open Online Course: Post-Digital Learning

Abstract: This research provides a current view on post-digital learning experiences with a massive open online course (MOOC), in relation to user profiles, universal instructional design, digital resources, inclusive activities and collaborative assessment. The study is based on a mixed research methodology, creating a questionnaire aimed at people with experience in any MOOC typology, in which the learning methodology, the instructional didactic design of the MOOCs, the resources, proposed activities, and accessibilit… Show more

“…When designing the ideological and political teaching objectives, we should analyze the teaching contents in detail and refine the teaching objectives at different levels, from low-level to high-level. Each student has a learning task that can be pursued and can reach their own recent development zone [ 19 , 20 ].…”

“…In traditional online learning resource recommendation methods, researchers related to the field of resource recommendation have developed various hybrid techniques to mix variational recommendation methods and ensemble recommendation methods. Combining background error covariance matrices, either explicitly or implicitly, places high demands on computer equipment's storage capacity and computational power [19][20]. In contrast, the hybrid gain matrix approach combines the desirability of other hybrid algorithms and can be a practical and straightforward hybrid approach in the foreseeable future.…”

“…Post-digitalisation, or the post-digital era, is currently under development but is nonetheless defined as the displacement of analogue technologies to digital and virtual technologies (Hueso-Romero et al, 2021). Post-digitalisation "implies pervasive and ubiquitous digitalisation" (Parmiggiani et al, 2020, p. 587).…”

“…The post-digital era is marked by the ubiquity of digital and computerised technologies, permanent connectivity and a technology-inclined social system which has become imbibed into the global culture (Hueso-Romero et al, 2021). The post-digital era is an age of intelligent systems and machines.…”
