Abstract:A sacrococcygeal teratoma (SCT) is one of the most common fetal extragonadal germ cell neoplasms and carries high risk of maternal and perinatal complications. An example of a fetal SCT, associated with polyhydramnios, is presented in this case report. An antenatal surveillance sonogram revealed an increase in the size of the teratoma size and the amniotic fluid index.
