The coronavirus disease 2019 has overshadowed other infectious diseases due to its prolonged pandemic. This has resulted in seasonal or endemic infections coinciding with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), like Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV). Here, we reported that a 36-year-old male shepherd presented with fever, myalgia, and abdominal pain diagnosed with CCHFV and SARS-CoV-2 coinfection.
