The spin rotation parameters measurements as a test of the D13 (1700) resonance formations in the pion-nucleon elastic scattering

Abstract

The spin rotation parameters A and R measurements in the pion-nucleon elastic scattering is practically the simple method to exclude the Barrelet ambiguities from the lrN amplitudes. The necessity of the additional new ~rN elastic scattering experimental data in the DIs(1700) mass region is discussed together with the previous PNPI-ITEP collaboration results in the M_~l.9 GeV mass region.
