The spirituality of apocalyptic and millenarian groups. The case of the Branch Davidians in Waco

Abstract: A critical, generally ignored theme … is the disposition of governments to misunderstand the difficult ways of millenarian groups, misunderstandings which contributed to gruesome but perhaps avoidable tragedies.
