The State Department Designates Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps as a Foreign Terrorist Organization

Abstract: On April 8, 2019, President Trump announced that his administration would designate Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) under Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
