Abstract:Annotation. The purpose of the study was to find out the disorders of the specific immune system of the body in patients with DFS and in the case of complications of the disease with sepsis. Materials and methods. 1627 patients were examined for complicated DFS, in which in 4.1% of cases (67 patients) the disease was aggravated by sepsis.
