The Structure of Ni-P Films Electrodeposited by Pulsed Current

Методами рентгеновского анализа изучен ближний порядок в аморфных сплавах Cr-C, электроосаждённых импульсным током. Установлено, что в аморфном состоянии области сплавов с ближним порядком характеризуются упорядоченным расположением атомов, подобным ОЦК-структуре. Ключевые слова: аморфное и микрокристаллическое состояния, ближний порядок, области упорядоченного расположения атомов. Методами рентґенівської аналізи вивчено близький порядок в аморфних стопах Сr-C, електроосаджених імпульсним струмом. Встановлено, що в аморфному стані області стопів з близьким порядком характеризуються впорядкованим розміщенням атомів, подібним до ОЦК-структури. Ключові слова: аморфний і мікрокристалічний стани, близький порядок, області впорядкованого розташування атомів.
