The Study of Doxorubicin and its Interaction with Adenine by UV-Resonance Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract: with volume ratios of 1:2. A UV-resonance Raman spectroscopy and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy are used to determine the binding sites of doxorubicin to adenine and the structural variations of doxorubicin-adenine complexes in an aqueous solution. We identified that the possibilities of doxorubicin interacted with the N7 positions of adenine.
