This article compares technologies for manufacturing in the designs of modern structures from PCM and their impact on the structure of the finished product. Various methods are known for manufacturing parts and assemblies from PCM: contact, vacuum, autoclave, winding, press chamber, thermocompression, pressure impregnation, infusion, pultrusion, etc. Assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each method allows the designer and technologist to choose the optimal methods for molding products from PCM, which is an urgent task at the present time, when PCM is increasingly used in the designs of modern structures.
