The Si−Jij−Sj multilayered superconductor structures containing different superconductors (Sij) with an isolated layer are investigated. There is a theoretical model of a tunneling Hamiltonian for the defect Josephson lattice. There are the Ising magnetic and resonance valence band models between the layers. The ‘‘saturation’’ of Tc(N) is determined. The analogy has been present for Tc(N) in the representation of a plane (high-Tc) structure and the Kosterlitz–Thouless transition.
