Abstract: Objective The occurrence of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma (GNEC) is on the rise, and its prognosis is extremely poor. We compared survival outcomes between distal and proximal GNEC and developed a nomogram incorporating tumor site to enhance personalized management for patients of GNEC.
