With the continuous development of market economy and intensified competition, modern enterprises generally face a series of common problems in management. The results of the two sets of questionnaires are as follows: In the analysis and research of common management issues of modern enterprises, financial management is more critical than organizational management, and the comprehensive score of the countermeasures for common management issues of the six major enterprises is about 93.4 points, which can be regarded as effective.
