The Times They Are A-Changin’: Mobile PIM is leaving the Paper Trail Behind

Abstract: Use practices in personal information management (PIM) evolve continually. The data from our two studies, a survey study (n=61) on to-do use practices and a diary/interview study (n=11) on smartphone use in PIM, suggests that electronic PIM has finally reached paper-based PIM in popularity.
