Abstract:Pre-pregnancy glucose metabolism is normal, only during pregnancy diabetes known as gestational diabetes mellitus. Currently, the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus are IADPSG criteria (International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Group), and 75 g oral glucose tolerance test is recommended at 24 -28 weeks of gestation.
