Abstract:Background
The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index is a reliable alternative biomarker of insulin resistance (IR) and is associated with renal dysfunction. We aimed to investigate the correlation between TyG index and the incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) in critically ill patients.
