Abstract:Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a prevalent genetic disorder that significantly impairs mobility, particularly in the spine, sacroiliac, and peripheral joints. Recent evidence highlights early involvement of the sternoclavicular joint in SpA, which may serve as an initial indicator.
