The Unit Price Implication of Reinforcement Usage in Tie Beam Reinforced Concrete Construction

Abstract: -The construction cost as one of the most important project resources should be planned and used efficiently. Cost estimation can be analyzed using standard of unit price analysis according to Indonesian National Standard (SNI 7394:2008). Related to unit price analysis for tie beam reinforced concrete, the standard mentioned a specific analysis that combine all materials requirement include reinforcement (unit price analysis No. 6.29). In such analysis, reinforcement requirement is stated as much as 200 kg/m 3… Show more

“…Specifically for reinforcement, the output of the area should be converted in the arrangement of the number and diameter of the rebar to be installed in the RC components, as shown in Tables S3 and S4 of the Supplementary Material. e quantity of formwork increases following the change in dimensions of concrete beams and columns. e increase in the quantity of reinforcement is in line with the result of previous studies [41,49].…”

“…Pertimbangan ini diperlukan mengingat komponen struktur merupakan komponen yang memberi kontribusi terbesar terhadap total biaya sebuah bangunan gedung [5] [6]. Pada bangunan gedung yang menggunakan struktur beton bertulang, kontribusi terhadap biaya ditentukan oleh dominannya jumlah dan harga material yang digunakan, seperti semen, agregat, dan baja tulangan [7].…”

“…In addition, to overcome environmental pollution and global warming, thermoplastic polymer composites reinforced with natural or renewable fillers such as cellulose nanocrystals, cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs), nanoclays, natural fibers, and so forth have gained lots of attention from industry and academia. [2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Among those renewable nanofillers, CNFs with a diameter of 5-30 nm and an aspect ratio greater than 50, derived from natural cellulosic sources by mechanical disintegration, chemical and enzymatic treatment, have attracted great interest from industry and academia due to their lightweight, nontoxic, recyclability, and biodegradability. Accordingly, PP/CNF composites have been extensively investigated.…”
