Abstract:The hierarchy and fine tuning of the gauge coupling constants are described on the base of topological invariants (Chern classes interpreted as filling factors) characterizing a collection of fractional topological fluids emerging from three dimensional graph manifolds, which play the role of internal spaces in the Kaluza-Klein approach to the topological BF theory. The hierarchy of BF gauge coupling constants is simulated by diagonal elements and eigenvalues of rational linking matrices of tree graph manifold… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
