Abstract:The conflict for Aceh's independence from the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia ended peacefully through political negotiations in 2005. However, the issue of the rights of conflict victims has not been resolved until now. At the same time, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) was established to handle it.
